These work fine for me with the creator profile of the game, but seeing the game is still private I have made numerous accounts to test this, I cannot even see the game or goto the game on another account, So im not sure how I can even program this to work If no other accounts can even see it?

The main account like I said shows it perfectly along with all the unique content. Every other profile only shows private. So how am I able to do this if its private and unviewable.

Something is obviously different for the admins of myspace to view it and show it incorrectly. And as for as I can tell its impossible to edit this until the game is no longer private.

GetAlbums and GetPhotos works only for public albums for current user for an Off-site MyspaceID APP

These api calls return empty lists when the albums are not open to the public for the current user. Is there a way to allow the application to access non-public albums of the current authorized user?

The application is an Off-site myspaceID App. I noticed that there is a requestPermission method available but can only be used by on-site myspace apps. Is there something like this available for off-site apps during the authorization process?

Hello MDP Team,

I earlier sent a message to Brandon Black to request for the transfer of ownership of an app currently in development to another developer. He responded that he no longer works for MySpace and asked me to contact the MDP Team. I tried to send a message to Donny Mack but he accepts messages only from his MySpace friends.

I would like to request for the transfer of app ownership from me to another developer. I understand and assume that, after this, he can add me later as a developer through the Permissions page of the app.

hi friends,

I am new as a myspace application developer.
I ma making an application using opensocial php client.
In my index page i had put a form , after submitting the form you are redirect to other page and then
from that ,again you are redirect to next(third) page...
Now my problem is that when i am in third page , i refresh the browser then it will redirect directly to the index page and not showing the same third page.

So i want to know that is it default in myspace that refreshing any page redirect to index page...?

Unable to complete title change

So, I have an application that has the word "myspace" in the title. This was rejected due to that fact, i went to change it with the account linked to the email of the application and it requested that i verify the email. I have verified that email, tried again and again... but it still says "please verify" and never lets me in.

I crated such a new account but the system refuses says "email verified" (tha's not true).

If I create a new account as normal user is ok.

We are writing a myspace app that is similar to our online product. We feel that the myspace population would enjoy this app thoroughly. The biggest problem we are facing is that we think Myspace keeps blocking our account because our developer logs in from South America and we log in from California. Is this something that would trigger an account to get blocked? As soon as we told the developer to not log in, our account hasn't been blocked. But the deverloper needs to log in to continue working on the app. So as you can we see we are in this catch-22.

We tried to contact myspace via their contact form but we did not get a response. If I have to, I will drive over to Myspace to talk to them. Or should I just quit on the myspace app and just start building a Facebook app instead?

URL Forwarding Error after new Mail system

Ok so I have two accounts, one is my main account myspace.com/main, and a test account I setup a long time ago to do custom myspace designs back in the day on myspace.com/test. The new mail system was implemented and allowed us to change our url...sweeeet! I wanted the url on test to be on main so I changed main to myspace.com/somethingelse and changed main to myspace.com/test! And it worked fine for a week or so until today, now myspace.com/test goes to myspace.com/somethingelse...so no one who clicks my profile can see my actual profile. I don't know why i used fake names because you can just click on my profile link and see! I figure this might just be a hiccup in code changes(beta), my scenario is prob not common, but it was working before. Thought I'd bring it up, hope it gets to the MySpace dev team...
