Can't verify issue...

    Can't verify issue...

    1. User Experience / Functionality:
    On Canvas Surface, user enters valid credentials and clicks on the "Login" button. Clicking on the "THERE ARE NEW ATTACKS AGAINST YOU!! / Bug Tracker / Battle Logs / Global Message Board" etc links redirect the user to the main surface.

    I received the above reason as to why my application was denied.  I logged in with my game account and did not encounter the same issue.  I had several others try and they did not encounter this issue.  Are you sure you guys were ACTUALLY logged in because no one else who helped me try to duplicate the issue came across the same problem.

    We are still attempting to duplicate the issue without success.  The entire app appears to be working perfectly.  The issue you expressed in the e-mail does not actually appear to be occurring.

    This makes day three of hoping for a reply.  We are still unable to duplicate the issues you reported.  Any form of assistance as to actual details would be greatly appreciated.

    Ok, I have now been waiting 4 days for a reply.  This getting quite ridiculous.  In half a day at Facebook I was able to get my application set up, the user details integrated, get tons of helpful information and advice from their team and other developers, and have made a ton of progress.  Here, in half a month I can't get anything done...and ANOTHER for four days I've been waiting for a reply concerning your most recent reason for app denial.  Your e-mail says DO NOT REPLY and directs us to use this forum for support but can't seem to get any support here.  Where do you guys actually hang out all day on this site so I can post my issue where you will actually see it?

     Your appID is a six digit number which is unique to your app in question. Can you send that to me so I can look at it?

    I looked on every app editing and details page I could locate and didn't see a 6-digit number.  What page specifically would have it?

    Don't worry, I can see your application now. It appears that it links to another site away from Myspace, and not within in iframe, which I believe is the problem which caused its rejection. But I will need to check on this to be absolutely sure.

     Looks like your app is ok. I will get it published/approved as soon as possible. You can also submit it and we will approve it for you.

    I apologize for the late response, have had to prepare for the Holidays (Thanksgiving is coming up).  I have resubmitted the application for approval, thank you SOOOO MUCH!!!
