I have a great idea and can do graphics! I'm really good with HTML but am a bit confused on how to put my app together!

I want it to be like the Dark Wars, Dragon Wars, Vampires type apps...with an option to purchase items, get exp points, and

build land.  If I do all the graphics work and explain the app can someone help me format it?
